The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is changing how we all live. At Big Blue Canopy, we want to make sure that children and young adults still get the physical, occupational and speech therapy they need.
That’s why we’re now seeing patients through telehealth services through Clocktree ― a HIPAA compliant platform. Families can use it on your desktop computer, tablet or smartphone with your camera and microphone and video enabled.
We want to be able to maintain therapy with new and current patients to help your child make progress when direct treatment is restricted. Tele-therapy allows us to connect using video and audio to help patients and families continue working through their goals.
How We Can Work Together
Telehealth Insurance Coverage and Payment Plans
The Big Blue Canopy team will work with you to verify telehealth insurance coverage. If your insurance company doesn’t cover telehealth services, we offer private payment for these services.During this time of uncertainty, we’re offering discounted rates to allow families to use physical, occupational and speech therapy services even when it’s not covered by insurance. To further help our families, we also have treatment packages and payment deferment options available.
• Speech Therapy: $30
• Occupational Therapy: $50
• Physical Therapy: $50
*These rates are valid through May 31, 2020. If the coronavirus outbreak continues, we will consider potential extension of these rates.

Telehealth services can help us problem solve difficulties with daily routines more efficiently and suggest better home programming ideas.Our first session will start with a quick introduction to tele-therapy and a quick review of the physical space available plus the materials available. Our Big Blue Canopy therapists are amazing at problem solving and using everyday materials to help your child meet their daily needs and goals.
